The Center will coordinate extraction, procession and export of mammoth tusks
Yakutia 24 TV channel: The republic Mammoth Center launched a test online auction to sale the mammoth tusks.
The Government Chairman Vladimir Solodov tells the TASS agency, that the first online auction will show the further direction of work. The authorities told about the creation of the Mammoth Center to coordinate extraction, procession and export of rare mammoth tusks in the republic. The Center is supposed to simplify the legal export and to provide the fair price of mammoth tusk at auctions. The extractors will be able to pass the tusks to the Center and obtain the whole value except for a little sum to go for the Center functioning.
