The VIS group of Igor Snegurov has been the first candidate for the construction of bridge across the Lena River, Yakutia 24 TV channel reports with the reference to RBC.
The procurement materials tell that the collection of applications for project implementation will last until January 17, 2020, there are no other applicants yet.
The tender was announced on December 2, and right then the VIS Group’s subsidiary, the Eighth Concession Company, sent a request for a concession agreement with Yakutia government.
The company estimated the cost of the bridge at 83,1 billion rubles including VAT: 54,2 billion rubles will go from the republic budget, the remaining 28,9 billion are borrowed funds.
The concession is supposed to be concluded for 25 years.
The VIS representative confirmed the publication of the application, refusing to comment until the end of the competition.
