Yakut becomes a member of Russian national skyrunning team
Yakutia 24 TV channel: Erkhan Bysyin became a member of the national team for high-speed mountain skiing.
Now the athlete is preparing for the stages of the Russian mountaineering championship on the race and vertical kilometer. Training takes place in the Krylatsky Hills ski resort in Moscow.
The athlete is led by international master of sports Elena Rukhlyada. The Yakut runner has already fulfilled the standard of a candidate for a master of sports, his strongest feature is considered to be a marathon race of 30-40 kilometers.
“The goal this year is to fulfill the master of sports in mountaineering and to get into the the Russian national team in 2021,” Erkhan Bysyin says. In August 2017, the Yakut passed a distance of 34 kilometers in six hours and one minute. At the end of January 2020, Bysyn became the bronze medalist of the first stage of the trail-running cup – running along the natural terrain at a free pace over a distance of 12 kilometers.
