Yakutia head thanked the Russian president on his Instagram
Head of Yakutia Aisen Nikolaev thanked Russian President Vladimir Putin for supporting the construction of the Lena Bridge, Yakutia 24 TV channel reported.
Earlier, Kommersant newspaper reported that the project of the road bridge across the Lena had won the support of Russian President Vladimir Putin. According to the preliminary financial model, the cost of the construction is 63,7 billion rubles, of which only 9,5 billion are investor’s expenses. The bulk of the amount is a capital grant of 54,2 billion rubles, of which 47,8 billion rubles are from the federal budget and 6,4 billion from the regional budget. The total cost of the project with the VAT will be 82,9 billion rubles, the VAT to be paid by the investor, whose total investment will thus amount to 28,6 billion rubles.
“Recently, I have had the opportunity to personally convey my thoughts and suggestions on the Lena bridge construction to our president Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. A lot of work has been done over the past year. Today, the project for the organization of the bridge construction is ready. There is support from the federal ministries, we identified a route option, held negotiations with potential investors”, wrote the head of the region on his Instagram page. “Vladimir Vladimirovich noted that the situation was ready for implementation, and gave an order to Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, who, by the way, has always supported us in this matter, to make his proposals for the project. On behalf of all the people of Yakutia, I thank the president for the decision. Viva the Lena bridge!”.
The head of Yakutia also posted his letter to the president of the Russian Federation with his resolution.
