‘Colmar’ company will build a residential quarter for its employees in Neryungri
“Colmar” coal mining company, the anchor resident of the priority development territory in South Yakutia) will build a block of 20 houses for its employees in Neryungri in 2020, Yakutia 24 television channel reports with the reference to TASS.
“We buy apartments for our employees in Neryungri, we have already acquired 60 apartments. However, it is becoming difficult. Therefore, in summer we raised the issue of creating our own complex of buildings. We registered the land in the city. Next year we will build five or six houses,” said the company’s CEO Artem Levin.
He said that the company would start laying the basis for the houses in February-March. The houses will be commissioned in November 2020.
Over the next three years, the company plans to build 20 residential buildings in the block.
“We have concluded an agreement with Gazprombank to co-finance the project, we received the land. The “R” quarter was planned to be built back in the 1980s, the necessary communications were made there,” Levin said.
He added that the apartments will be distributed as official housing with the subsequent possibility of purchase in installments or in mortgage.
