ALROSA sold diamonds worth $11,9 million at auction in Vladivostok
First 2020 auction has been success for the Yakut diamond company
Yakutia 24 TV channel: ALROSA held an international auction in Vladivostok for the sale of special-sized diamonds (over 10,8 carats). Revenues amounted to $11,9 million.
“The first 2020 auction at our Far Eastern venue ended with good results. Participants bought more than 70% of the diamonds presented at the auction,” says ALROSA Deputy General Director Yevgeny Agureev.
In total, the company sold 123 diamonds with a total weight of 2205 carats. The auction was attended by companies from India, Israel, the United Arab Emirates and Belgium. ALROSA plans to hold two more auctions at Vladivostok trading site.
