25% of Russian companies plan to increase salaries in 2020
25% of country’s enterprises plan to raise salaries for employees, Yakutia 24 TV channel reports with the reference to RBC.
According to a survey, conducted by the Work.ru portal, 35% of companies do not plan this, their number in 2018 was 56%.
“A survey of managers and representatives of various companies, including HR specialists, showed that 25% of employers have planned salary increases for 2020. And 35% decided that they will not raise salaries,” the study materials say.
