Yakutia to launch public control over the quality of medical services
Chairman of the regional government Vladimir Solodov proposed launching a mechanism of public control to improve the quality of medical services, Yakutia 24 TV channel reports with the reference to the Regional Head’s Administration.
According to Solodov, this can be made by involving the State Assembly (Il Tymen) of Yakutia, conducting polls of citizens, using information systems, including the One Click Yakutia and other tools.
“We must proceed from improving the quality of medical services for every resident of Yakutia. The Government of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) is ready to make a public commitment that the quality of medical services for each resident of Yakutia will increase. This is a long and systematic work. We definitely guarantee that the quality will not deteriorate anywhere and will increase,” Vladimir Solodov said during the XI plenary session of the republic parliament.
In addition, Yakutia works to develop regional programs for modernization of primary health by order of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“In order to get into the program, the government carried out a total inventory of all healthcare institutions of the republic, the passports of all the institutions been loaded into the system,” Solodov told.
