‘Preferential mortgage at 2% is the most important measure to improve the Yakuts’ living standard’
Head of the republic Aisen Nikolaev emphasized the importance of preferential mortgage at 2% per annum, calling it a support measure to improve the living standards of the region residents and of the entire Far East, Yakutia 24 TV channel reports.
“I am glad that the proposal of the Far East and the RF Ministry on Development of the Far East and the Arctic, supported by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Eastern Economic Forum, has come true. Now in our region, young families and recipients of the Far Eastern hectares will be able to purchase housing at a preferential mortgage at 2%. This is the most important support measure necessary to improve the living standards of the residents of our Yakutia and the entire Far Eastern region,” the head of the republic wrote on his Instagram page.
Earlier, we reported that Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on preferential mortgages at 2% in the Far East. The first preferential mortgage loans in the Far Eastern Federal District were issued by DOM.RF Bank.
