Head of Yakutia called on employers not to prevent employees from switching to a remote work format
Head of Yakutia tells employers not to forbid employees to work remotely
Yakutia 24 TV channel: Head of the republic Aisen Nikolaev recommended employers to transfer people to a remote form of work.
“People massively write to me on social networks that they would like to switch to a remote form of work, but their employer won’t let them. Most of them could work remotely without any loss for work process, given the lawyers and accountants,” he says.
He urged managers not to prevent employees from working remotely and added that 13,818 employees out of 87,400 people switched to this form of work.
